At Noded AI, we believe technology should amplify human potential, not replace it. Our mission is to help customer facing professionals be more effective, more strategic, and more human in their work. With that mission comes responsibility: to build and operate AI systems that are transparent, fair, and trustworthy. This policy defines the principles, practices, and governance structures that guide how we design, deploy, and manage AI.

Human-Centered Design

  • Our AI is built to support, not supplant, the judgment, creativity, and relationships that define great customer facing work.
  • Humans always remain accountable for decisions; AI provides intelligence, not authority.

Transparency & Explainability

  • We strive to make AI outputs understandable and explainable to our users.
  • Where possible, we show the reasoning, sources, or context behind recommendations.

Fairness & Inclusion

  • We design our systems to minimize bias and avoid harmful stereotyping.
  • Regular audits check for unintended outcomes across diverse customer sets.

Privacy & Security

  • Customer and user data is safeguarded with industry-leading security practices. We do not train on your data and we have contractual agreements with our AI subprocessors that prohibit the use of customer data to train their models.
  • No data is stored with LLM providers.
  • We collect only the data we need, and we use it responsibly, consistent with GDPR, SOC 2, and other regulatory frameworks.

Accountability & Governance

  • We maintain internal review processes for AI feature design, training data selection, and deployment.
  • Teams are accountable for documenting and validating AI behavior.

Continuous Improvement

  • AI systems are never “finished.” We continuously monitor, test, and refine outputs to improve accuracy, fairness, and value.
  • We welcome user feedback and have clear channels for reporting concerns.

Monitoring & Auditing

  • Deployed AI models are monitored for drift, errors, and unintended behaviors. Independent reviews may be conducted annually.

  • If an AI-related issue arises (e.g., biased recommendations, data misuse), we commit to rapid investigation, transparent communication, and remediation.
